Since the Aptiv upgrade in NYC my HD DVR does not pause, rewind and forward while I watch the program. Any idea why is that? I have a DCT6416 P3

| Have you tried rebooting the box?
Press and hold the Power button on the front of the box for 5 secs until "b00t" appears, then release. The unit will reboot in 1-2 mins, once the Time on the display sets itself, you can turn the unit on the with the remote control.

i have this same problem since monday with blank screen. after a dvr show finish playing and i delete it-it goes to black screen with title of show i just erase. also i can not dvr pay per view anymore. |

Great... I rebooted, and it works fine now. I can now Pause, and Rewind when viewing programming.

You shouldn't be able to DVR PPV anyways...hence "pay PER view"...unfortunately. |
