Can I call even if I'm not the original customer, since my family don't want to call but I'm willing. I'm the oldest Son.

The account holder would also have to specifically state if this is a one-time thing or an all-the-time thing. So, for example, parents can authorize their kids, wife can authorize husband, husband can authorize wife, someone can authorize PC tech for one-time call, etc. I realize it's a bit of a pain but it's really for your security. -- you can lead a horse to the water but you cannot make him drink...you can put a man through school but you cannot make him think --ben harper
