The thing that's pissing me off is my neighbors a few houses down have AT&T DSL that's working!

| I think you are looking at a new entry at the top of the status screen that is resolved. The issue we are having is still pending, just underneath.
Even more frustrating, I have 2 other DSLExtreme lines into the same building where my outage is that are working fine.  As explained above, they are obviously running on other equipment that has not failed. |

bbdd, If you need to send Zak an IM/PM, you will need to join the site. It's free, easy, and spam free.

After that, all you will need to do is click on Zak's name. It will take you to his profile. At the top will be a yellow box for your IM/PM. Just type in there and click send.
