im in the markham rd area.

im consistently get 1mbit download and normal upload speeds... sometimes it is normal...

Im supposed to be on express! First bandwidth limits and now this!

likely you're using all your upload bandwidth. Try limiting that instead of jumping on the bandwagon when you have no idea what's going on.

im using newsgroups and im getting 100kb/s all the time now. when i use to get 1000kb/s

I also used the speedtest that roger has...
