Online video problems

Hello I was wondering if anyone else has the same prob i have. I have ool boost in 10461 " bronx" and whenever I try to watch a youtube video or a tmz video or basically any video only 2 or 3 seconds play then it stops .I have to reload the page to get the video play play fully.

Also for over a week now my speed has been going from 28mb down to less than 2mb download speed according to giganews test and the speakeasy test.

Try rebooting your cable modem.

Also if you have a router take it out of the picture and connect it directly to your pc.

Then give it a whirl.
