Is this system good enough for UT3?

I have an HP Pavilion dv9500 with an AMD Turion running at 1.9GHz, 1 GB ram and an NVIDIA MCP67M card. I'm just wondering if this is enough to play UT3?

Thanks.

It will play it, but you are going to run into serious performance issues.

UT3 is not even that popular. You will be surprised when you get on there to find very few servers. I suggest you play COD4

that's the mobile Geforce 7150 integrated GFx solution. it may be a hybrid dedicated 64MB RAM + integrated solution, but either way it's a very. very, poor performing card for even older 3d games. paired with the higher resolution of your 17" laptop display (probably 1440x900 or 1680x1050 resolution) and it'll be a slideshow. you may have to run at a smaller, non-native resolution, which will also distort the display since it's unlikely that any non-native resolutions listed for UT3 will be 16:10 widescreen (meaning the picture will look scrunched or stretched out).

bottom line: it may work...but it wont be very satisfying.

it's a laptop with no real dedicated GFX. on top of that, it's 17" which is a larger resolution and requires a comparatively more powerful gaming card for a laptop/
