| [Help] Chosing a new camera, budget $150ish
i am looking for a decent point and shoot camera in the 150 dollar range. I am currently in Iraq so i dont really need anything super great but something that will last me and take great pics. A DSLR is out of the picture because well its real hard to throw one of those things in your pocket. I would prefer that the camera not use AA/AAA batteries. I just hate cameras that do and would preferably use SD but other formats are ok.
I thank you in advance and if this question is better suited in another forum then please mods feel free to move it
thank you all in advance -- Currently stuck in a foreign country thanks to good old Uncle Sam, member of Cco 1/2 Stryker Cavalry Regiment. Sucks being attached to a cav unit when you are infantry =\ |

| If you want something you will still be happy with a year from now (assuming you have interest beyond snapshots), shoot more for the $200-250 range, much more capable (near SLR function even if fixed lens) stuff there for the minor additional investment. -- »haywardm.com (Hayward's Key West)
