Well, finally got emails from both Rogers and Bell so that I have a paper trail.

Rogers charges $3.95/mth to suspend their service which Bell's charge is $10.00/mth.

Rogers basic service is $27.95/mth while Bell's lowest charge is $35/mth in a bundle otherwise $40/mth.

Sarnia, ON		 as well as rogers is no contract, and bell's would have to be a 2yr term to get the bundle discount.
