| Unless the Ham means to ask whether Exchange itself can provide POP3 access to Exchange mailboxes? Because of course it certainly can, WITHOUT the, shall we say, quirky POP3 connector cited above.
You can also consider simply forwarding existing hosted e-mail (on an account by account basis) on to a similar mailbox on the Exchange server, and having users pick up their mail AND calendaring in a single place (the Exchange box).
Edit: To further clarify, if the user has his or her own domain, there's little reason they couldn't point all mail records to the new server, bypassing the hosted accounts completely...
