why not just test using your torrents? my torrents are fine i upload max speed 24/7. well no, but as long as they are running its full speed.

 That's the problem.. I have no problems with upstream while a torrent is being downloaded (downstream speeds are excellent from private trackers), however, as soon as the torrent is done and seeding begins, the speeds just DROP, and stay in the area of dial-up upstream.

I've tried different clients, various encryption settings, but the anomaly persists.
