| [HELP] cisco 3640
dear all,
i've cisco router 3640. that's implement to 1Mbps BW. i've some problems, i need your help.. 1. i get a high ping times to my cisco 3640 if it work and sometimes get no response(router host). 2. the snmp service is work, but it will no response for a few seconds (geting error).

what is "ip cef"?? n what for?
i have set that to my router. ("IP CEF" is the default for 12.4-16") this's my router configuration:
