I am still using my A90-327 from when DSL was first offered here. Rock solid and stable with no problems.
Was ver 3.00.63 until a few days ago when I went to 3.02.01.

I've got a D90-327 and a 6100 which are sitting in a drawer. Why use them when the old one still does the job.

I'm using a 327W with firmware VER:4.02.00.00. Rock solid connection, very stable. Only problems I have are when the network occasionally goes out during thunderstorms.

Id did upgrade a while back to a newer firmware offered by Verizon, but it slowed down my 327W significantly, and pretty much made WifI useless. So I went back to the Westell website and reloaded the factory firmware. All was well again after that.

I've used 3 different versions of firmware and have never had any issues. For all the complaints about this piece I really like it. It stays up for days on end for me, except in t-storms which I can understand.

Keep in touch scorpio, I'm going through the same thing. used to happen every night... hasn't happened in a while. Check to see if you're modem is getting it's firmware updated. That's what was happening to me. No help from Verizon yet....
