While you post that you are having a problem and people suggest a fix...You say you are a cisco engineer? So.... So buy a linksys 40 dollar router and do what some are saying. You wouldn't have to be a cisco engineer to figure this one out. I'm pretty sure that Qwest changed their entire network to support PPOE a while ago. I don't like their service either but this seems like a lame knock on them.... |

| reply to sanstrom Earlier, I had simply posted my experience. And a sarcastic reply to mr. huggles who thinks he knows about networking seemed appropriate. Furthermore I even find it utterly shocking that I have to explain such stupid point in this intelligent forum. Cheers..
Ps. You suggest that I implement solutions offered here but don't you think you're assuming? I only post(ed) about "a" thing for which I believe I'd tried all possible methods. |
