What do you keep and what do you delete?

How do you go about all the media that you download?

After watching a movie - do you keep it? or do you delete it?

What about all the other media?

I'm a media junkie and I find my self never deleting anything (keeping it for reference - but I never re-watch) and I find my self just buying more and more hard drives...

I delete after watching, sometimes after previewing first 30 seconds.

I've kept pretty much everything I've downloaded. I have
about 2+ TB of disk space with a lot of stuff I haven't
watched or listened to yet. Some of it, though, gets
burned onto DVD so that I can watch it later.

I'm still doing the same thing I did when you asked this question last year. Oh, look, Alcohol See Profile and Doctor Four See Profile are doing the same thing they did last year as well.

I delete everything, since I only want to see what I missed on TV. On the rare occasion something is good enough that I might want to show it to a friend, I'll just burn it to a 25¢ DVDR. I may keep in my Torrent folder one or two of the most recent files I downloaded to help seed to others, but for only a few days.

I used to archive.. but after you've archived dunno 2000+ divx's and then the same movies come out in HD.. it doesn't make sense to archive.. (I have likely burned 2000+ cd's in my lifetime and just as many DVD's too)

So instead of collecting anymore I mostly delete and I archive to Hard Drives if I'm gonna keep it.. (I have about 2 Tb of storage as well.. if only those damn 1 Tb drives would get cheap.. $100 range) and like someone said above I still manage to collect 101+ things I haven't even looked at yet..

I keep things... The funny thing is that I'm not much of a pack-rat when it comes to tangible material....but digital media I tend to keep everything. Probably because it takes up less physical space.
