[Modem] Moto 2210-02-1006 - No lights on.

The subject pretty much sums it up. My wife used the modem yesterday morning, everything fine, when I came home all the lights were out and no one was at home (it wasn't working).

I hit reset, nothing. I unplugged, plugged back in, nothing. I changed outlets, nothing. Any ideas?

If no lights are on at all, it sound most like the power supply went bad.

Either the modem is completely toasted, the power supply cube is dead, the cube isn't plugged into an AC outlet, or the AC outlet is dead. It should be easy to figure out which it is.

You will need to call the Help Desk at 1-888-231-2375 and get them to send you another one under warranty.

The FastAccess DSL modems have a one year warranty from the date that they are shipped to the customer and since the AT&T Southeast model Motorola Netopia 2210-02-1006 has not even been out for a year you should have no problem with getting it replaced under warranty.

Like Graysonf said it might just be a defective power adapter.
