Also, If I state, "You are a complete tool". That is opinion. If I state, "Damn, you write like a complete retard." Again, opinion.
These statements whether true or not are not Slander or Libel, they are in fact opinion. You can not sue for slander for someones opinion. |

If I were to say, "accusing someone of slander on a public forum makes you sound like a 10 year old", that would be an opinion, not slander.
