Are you using msn browser?

If so, no one can help you.

Microsoft is pushing windows live, the browser is slowly being phased out.

If it's a problem with actually accessing your msn.com email, try hotmail.

Actually, if you're using the browser, there are plenty of people who can help you. Verizon itself still offers support for the MSN browser including email errors obtained within in.

Where did you hear that? Browser access to email is becoming more popular. I don't know a lot of people who still use an email client.
