| bounced emails to me from various ppl
I am a member of several yahoo groups, I have Embarq broadband as well. I have received several emails from private addresses telling me that an email from the yahoo group has bounced. I even get soft bounce notices from yahoo itself. The weird thing is, I use a netscape.com email addy and the bounce notice is from embarq. Very strange. Any ideas? |

@verizon.net | reply to theoncomingstorm Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like some service (everyone.net) is trying to deliver mail to an @myembarq.com address. Are you sure that's your address? Most Embarq customers are @embarqmail.com. |

Which email client are you using? Do you have outgoing server set to outgoing server requires authentication?
In most cases you need to use an embarqmail account to send mail over there server and that requires authentication to keep spammers for abusing the server. |
