[ ISP] Change TEDATA to another ISP

Dear Friends
TEDATA has reliable DSL service. But, it has thief chief distributors department. I was joining TEDATA from round two years through one of his distributor and my bandwidth 2MB unlimited. When I want to raise my speed to eight MB unlimited they ask me to disconnect my distributor and rejoin TEDATA directly to collect all fees without this distributor. That is mean TEDATA wants to cheat all they distributors; after they tired to collect clients for TEDATA by effort and money. I didn't like to connect the hug company directly because the small company respect me more and help me more.
I want to advice my distributor Wedge Company to change TEDATA to another ISP which respects them dealer and provide good services like TEDATA but not thieves.
NB.: This impossible to happen in country has law. Or this company will close by paying a lot of compensation, but we are in Egypt.
Regards,
D. AHMED

Dear D Ahmed,
I think you should not accuse a company being thieves because they have rules regarding their dealing with their distributors/dealers (whatever you call them).
It is clearly defined with the dealers what they are allowed to sell or not to sell, and the dealer knows that, and believe me, if a dealer thinks some other company is better or treats him better he will go there.

Actually, you have no right to call them thieves, you are a customer to one of the dealers, the dealer cannot provide you with that speed, so either connect directly (that's if both your physical line and your exchange support such speeds, which will not be verified unless some testing is done) or stick to your dealer.

Frankly, ppl keeps complaining about dealers and some delars even charge more than the company, maybe your case is the opposite!
