| That is quite different then holding your phone # hostage, and calling you back to try and get you to switch back. Almost all subscription services have retention programs, which go through the same "we're better"/"please don't leave us"/ "let me offer a better deal" scripts, because they find it effective. If you are firm, and politly say "I'm not interested, please close my account" the process can be very quick. |
