| N. Texas Customer Just got Digital Conversion Letter
I just received the FIOS digital conversion letter here in N. Texas. I thought we were going to be way late in the conversion process so this looks promising for the addition of the new HD channels. Hopefully all moves along quickly. Anyone else in Texas get the letter? |

I got a "Digital Transition" letter today also. It states the changes wil start beginning in August. That would be nice if things stay on schedule, not sliding into Sept....time will tell. |

Other dates in this thread show Texas to be converted over on 10/8. The reason I am wondering about this is that California is a day later on 10/9. Usually, companies delay things but Verizon is actually moving your date up. I hope that is the case with California. |

Yes, the letter said we would start transitioning to all digital in August and would be getting more content shortly thereafter. So it was specific about that as well as offering the free digital boxes.
So maybe September for new HD? Hopefully.... |

Those are the dates for the new HD. The digital conversions were set for 9/1 in CA and 9/22 in TX. Still, August is certainly an improvement for TX.
Hopefully we will be getting "the letter" in CA soon. Nice to see some of the bits of good news the last few days. |

I got the letter today, too. I thought it might be coming since I saw a link on the account management page last night that said to click for more information about the digital conversion and free adapters (or something like that), but I was looking for something else and when I tried to find it again I couldn't. |

| I received the letter today here in Wylie. I called to get my free digital adaptors and was told that I could only get one free adaptor. I questioned that saying that I knew of people in the other markets that had received as many as three adaptors for free. She put me on hold and talked to a supervisor about my request. When she came back she said that she would be sending me three free adaptors UPS and I should receive then within 5 business days. I guess I shall see when I get my next bill just how many free adaptors I'm really getting. |

Got my letter in Keller, TX yesterday. Just got of the phone ordering 2 digital boxes for free. Lady said the conversion date would be Sept 8th. She didn't know anything about when the new HD channels would arrive. |

I received my 3 digital adaptors today and got them activated. I guess now all that is left is to see haw my billing turns out... |

Just called and got 3 boxes to be delivered within 5-7 days. Conversion to happen on Sept 8th per the CSA. I live in Far North Dallas. |
