Seem this would only be valid for those that bought the static IP address from their provider, those on the dynamic IP list will find this very annoying to say the least, if they have to "opt-out" every day or two when the IP changes.

Ah, NebuAD is just a bad idea all together. I'll point out my signature again, but the funny thing is, ever since the news came out that they were "going to stop and wait for Congress", traffic to the site in the sig has dropped to almost nill as well. Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside that consumers feel that they have other ways at fighting back that are just as effective as the political. So I imagine that if the next news article "NebuAD going live tomorrow" then traffic will spike again to the millions of hits it was generating before. It's one site I won't mind taking down one day when it is no longer useful.
