Best trailer from E3 really.
Developers wanted E3 "back", and that's what they get. This year's E3 was just a total sham of prior year's exhibitions, and this DS/PSP port trailer from 3DGames was done just to stick a fork in it.
...and yes, the HD version is much improved. Although, personally, I like the "Burger Time" mod.

That had to be the shittiest yet best trailer ever! All I got from it is that it's a trilogy and Chain Reaction is the 1st, Proving Grounds is the 2nd and, Critical Mass is the 3rd. I wonder if it's gonna be a complete port from the early PC version divided in to 3 games. 2D side scroller anyone? That would be hilarious!

It's a new trilogy of games designed for the PSP and the Nintendo DS. It's being created by the newly-formed Apogee LLC, which is actually not in any way affiliated with 3D Realms (the actual Apogee of old) except that they've licensed a lot of Apogee's old intellectual property, including Duke Nukem.
Lots of people are saying this trailer is a big in-joke middle finger at how irrelevant E3 has become. At first I thought it was just shockingly horrible, but now I'm getting the humor. As jokes go, though, I still think it's pretty tame.
