I don't understand how someone can be a bandwidth hog if their usage is capped at 60GB and they pay for overuse.

No, I just don't accept the 99% BS being spouted by the CAIP and their fellow travellers and the downloading pirates hogging the bandwidth I pay for. Net Neutrality? My ass. Nothing but a bunch of spoiled little GenX'ers who think everything is free.

Guess what? It's not. Now go peddle your story elsewhere. This is a contractual problem. it belongs in the courts.
