This is something all the wholesalers have to deal with. I was told by one of there reps that we should shortly have control of the profiles. This should clear up well over 70% of all tickets we put in with Bell. We have been asking for this feature for years now. Lets hope they keep there promise. Best Regards, Paul www.acanac.ca

Acanac Inc Premium join:2007-03-05 Mississauga, ON 1 edit	I hope your wrong, but we should get a bit more info on the 30th of this month. Bell has called in all the ISP's to discus the new proposed user based billing system. I will be sure to bring this up at this conference. I want to clarify that one of the Bell VP's is the person who mentioned this to me. The same one who is pushing for user based billing. It's the carrot and stick approach.
