Some parts of the Manhattan, IL Central Office connect through Elmhurst and other parts connect through Chicago. At least that's how it was before the upgrades last Spring. | |

1 edit | Happened to me too. Connection died right at midnight. After a reset or 2 then checking the modem it seems the PPPoE Auth. server wasn't answering. But as of 1:30 it back up again(hence my post). Thankfully was only out for 90 mins. Shesh was going thru internet withdrawal.

Not that it matters all that much to you at this point, but the maintenance window info on the FAQ is a bit out of date. The windows are M-F. | |
