it was true at the time I viewed the channels, which was around 7 PM last night. Right now I am at work, so it's probably no longer color bars. |

not true, the Soccer channel on other providers like Verizon Fios is online as we type. |

I discovered these 2 channels last night. They had color bars running, since the programming hadn't started yet. |
