No problems posting doing 80 (wife driving) with my xv6800 and EVDO service half way between Sioux City, IA, and Sioux Falls, SD.

1 cell tower can serve the entire county in the laser flat midwest. Thats why you have EVDO, its cheap enough to be put in a ultra flat rural area. Now if this was Western PA or Oregon, it would be a totally different story.
