Get something like DuMeter to monitor your bandwidth. You can use a trial version of DuMeter for 30 days which should give you a pretty good idea of the bandwidth you are using.

You would have to send a heck of a lot of pictures before you started using up some serious bandwidth. If you sent about 10,000 pictures you would only be using 20 GB.

maybe you could answer a question regarding bandwidth. If i am sitting in my house in Tennessee and am connected to a server in Florida via VPN (basically as though i am actually sitting in the office in Florida at the actual server working on it) and the program that the office uses is Networked to other computers sitting in that office and they hit "send" am I using bandwidth? or much of it? this is where I am confused. Or are they using bandwidth? Or if I am searching the program looking at forms via the VPN set up in their office am I really using my bandwidth or theirs? If I am constantly viewing images (no videos or anything like that just jpeg images and documents)does that mean i am using bandwidth?
