Report Abuse to Comcast

If you want to report a violation of the Comcast Acceptable Use Policy or the Comcast Agreement for Residential Services, or if you want to report that you are a victim of abuse involving the Comcast High-Speed Internet Service, send an e-mail to abuse@comcast.net. Be sure to include a complete description of the incident, its date and time, any relevant examples or log files, and any other information that may be useful to Comcast's investigation of the report. Also include your name and a telephone number where Comcast can reach you with any questions.

There really should be some mechanism to communicate directly with security or network operations for large enterprises.

Wasting time and resources to try and explain complex issues to tier 1 is frustrating.

You want to contact Customer Security Assurance (»security.comcast.net/get-help/co···ity.aspx). You may also wish to post in the Security forum at »forums.comcast.net.

How to contact the Comcast Customer Security Assurance Department:
The Customer Security Assurance organization has been established to ensure a safe and secure online experience for Comcast customers. This team is a dedicated group of security professionals who respond to issues pertaining to phishing, spam, infected PCs (commonly referred to as "bots"), online fraud and other security issues.
