 Anon | Too slow, too bad...
I contracted with AlwaysOnline over two months ago for SDSL (May 2000) and was assured that I would receive installation within 3-5 weeks. Well, I am still not hooked up and I am tired of waiting!
While I understand that their failure to provide service may be beyond their control (ie BA and Northpoint problems), they are ultimately responsible for all aspects of the contract.
I cancelled my contract them and will look for a more responsive ISP. I would not recommend as a DSL provider. |
