posted this at the AT&T forums so I will repost here:
Didnt work in Brooklyn and now in Manhattan.
I called customer service and was told it will probably be out until 9:00pm est.
I receieved a $25 credit.
Call and ask for a credit, lets keep pestering AT&T until they finally decide something needs to be done.
This is insanity. I am glad I bought a phone I can not use.
I never thought I would miss Verizon and my Treo as much as I do now.
