Also they increased prices across the board this past year and lowered service levels (ie 60-gigs, throttle, throttle bugs the worm their way out of, outsourced unintelligible support etc)

| I think you'll find what he means is in terms of the actual service and customer service.
For example turning off throttling ... reducing etfs, eliminating etfs, or at least make them proportional to the early termination ... stopping the lying ... getting support you can actually trust to do something instead of saying "yes sir" and nothing happens.
