If I remember correctly, there are some instances/networks where port 25 can not be disabled. If you send over her account information I would be happy to take a look.

1 edit		 I had already pulled up the account. It is one of our networks where Port 25 cannot be opened by the customer. I have already opened a ticket to have port 25 opened on the account. It is the same network where we have trouble offering speeds faster then 1.5mb with ATT even if the customer qualifies for faster service.
