EDIT: logged on remotely and reset the modem. bin file has the same name (HSD_Advanced3SA11.bin) and speeds haven't changed yet EDIT2: reset a 2nd time, no dice. im going to sleep BTW i dunno if its common knowledge, but i've always found it easier to reset the modem through the browser: »192.168.100.1/reset.cgi

davidn50 join:2002-01-05 Madison Heights, MI	I called this morning and tweaked my service. Ultra did become xpress. I droped the HD pak and changed to xtreme. Saved about $10.00 with price guaranteed untill 2011. Reboted modem and am getting 15Mbs. Very happy here.
