If so, I would ditch it and go with a pap2 or the grandstream. It is a very common issue to suffer the incoming call delay with the innomedia. Have you called viatalk for support?

Before I signed up for the service I was told by ViaTalk Sales guys that Innomedia adapeter works fine with their service. I've tried to call viatalk twice but both time wait time was long so i disconnected.

I would not spend that extra $$$ on a PAP2, I happen to have a PAP2 with all of the problems (except billing... so far) that OP listed. Just another data point to consider.
