Is Sprint allowing non-Sprint devices, or Verizon locking the devices, or a mix of both.

Golden, CO		 Most of the stuff is Verizon clocking stuff down. To some extent Sprint only allows its own stuff on the network, but I've heard in the news that they're openng up.
