  OK, so why the heck didn't Comcast bother to tell us about this? If it works?

I've been in touch, prior to and on 12-21-2001, TWO Comcast customer service supervisors who NEVER got back to me about the news group server. I went and subscribed to a newsgroup service because these people never said what was happening with the newsgroup servers. As far as I'm concerned, Comcast is picking up the tab for the first month.

This is yet another alias for news2.rdc1.mi.home.com (24.2.68.108). Yes it works from Comcast addresses per their agreement with Excite@Home - until the plug gets pulled Feb 28.
