That's for DVR services. Just like TiVo charges $12.95 for DVR service, Time Warner charges $10.00 per month for DVR service. DVR is not HD and DVR Service is not hardware. If you have a standard HD receiver you don't pay the $10. in this area it's 16$ permonth for HD DVR
