I rarely make LD calls ...but you're making the TS home phone very appealing Just to be specific, it's not 0.029 cents/minute. That's something that Verizon misquotes »verizonmath.blogspot.com/2006/12···nts.html.
The rate is 0.029 dollars per minute (or 2.9 cents per minute) which is still slightly better than YAK's 3.5 cents per minute. |

1 edit | reply to jackie999 if you want, PM me your info and I will check the status of your DSL order. With that, I will be able to judge if we can do the phone first or we should wait.
* For TSI Phone.... What you see is what you get... None of that hidden stuff.

Are there hidden fees like you get with bell? For instance, if you have one of their plans, you're hit with a system fee automatically...
I should wait a month until the DSL is changed over..or? |

| reply to jackie999 Hey Jackie999,
Unfortunately, we are unable to waive the $25.00 activation fee for the phone service. This is a cost directly from Bell.
* Keep in mind that our LD for Canada & USA is $0.029 / Minute.

| I've just canceled my bell internet and signed on (online) with teksavvy (DSL premium). My bell contract expires in 30 days so I'm getting a head start. My question, I see teksavvy also offers a home phone. At the moment I'm with bells basic (I don't even have tone dial) I think it's around $23 plus taxes. I use YAK so no LD system access fee either. I'm very tempted to switch to teksavvy but wonder about the $25 activation fee? Is the activation fee waived if you already have their DSL service? |
