This is really old news ... It was announced about a year ago!
How old is this news, Sbrook, when it just appeared in the Saturday, October 11, 2008 edition of the Toronto Star.

"Old News" to Mr. Brook 'cause he saw it last year in his crystal ball.....

All I know is I have a discount with only two services, cable and internet. If that discount goes south, so do I where I can....the cable..

Old news for new customers but now it is going to apply to old customers that had the discount. It will no longer apply
for old customers. You will have to get 4 services for the 15% to apply
