1 edit		Fios connection problem

I've been experiencing slow internet speeds the last couple of weeks.The only thing that helps is when i reboot or reset the router,but its only a temp fix.This is my speed test.Which is the highest out of 3 tests.I'm paying for the 20/20 service.I've posted in verizon direct forum,but haven't gotten a response yet.So i figured i would see if anybody had this problem.

Try rebooting the ONT. Pull the power supply plug, and disconnect one of the battery terminals for a minute.
