[Packet8] firmware

HI,

I Have OLD bpg 510 device, using since long time, recently i got some problem with the sound, so i thought to upgrade this with latest firmware, but the problem is i downloded latest firmware, but this software not recognising my device even though if i given ip it is opening in webbrowser, but the software not able to auto detect. pls can some one solve this, or else if any one have old bpg510 firmware, can u give link so that i can download. right now in this device was this application,

Application Code Version: DTAG version 1.0 US (8x8 001433)

The latest firmware is probably in this file. Have you seen this thread about the BPG510?

Do NOT install the leadtek firmware on an active Packet8 device. What the OP needs is Packet8 firmware, not 3rd party cracks...

You have the latest firmware on your device. The current firmware for the BPG is version 14.33 which you have... Reinstalling the firmware will not likely help in your case.

If you have sound problems it is usually a problem with your network. Are you running any file sharing programs on your computer? Have you done any speed tests to determine if you are getting the advertised speed from your ISP? What exactly is the audio problem you are having? Do you have a router and does it have QoS (that you know of)?
