ok I kind of a warez guy and got a rapidshare account but staying up is a real pain and I also try Task Scheduler but that sometimes fail well big fail. (XP only)
So I wonder how do you guys do it? at 3am to 6am? night owls or Download Scheduler?

| I have used this for about 2 years,since I had dial up. I had to do something because of frequent disconnects.
I do not know about scheduling it to download at any specific time,but you can start and stop a download as long as the server supports the resume function.
It's probably the best Free solution out there.
And yes I am a Night Owl.3am to 6am no problem.

P.S.-Rapidshare places restrictions on download managers,as do alot of sites like them.You have to configure FDM to Download one at a time and No multipule connections or some such.It does work at Rapidshare you just have to do a little configuring. |

in the summer i just wait till 3 am but since school started again i got the download manager, it works for most servers perfectly fine. utorrent also has a schedule for torrents but you have to force start if you want to download before 3am |

Use FDM to download RapidShare files.

If that does not work try to alter the number of connections that FDM uses.Under options,download options,network,select the mode at which you connect,let's say Heavy.Then limit the number of connections back to 1 and the max # of connections per one server to 1 and max # of running downloads to 1,now apply and save.See if that does not help.You can remember 12 and 4 and put it back to the original if it does not. |

I'm using FlashGet 1.96, works like a champ. Starts at 2am and shuts down at 5am, setup the scheduler in the options pane. It's adware now and not too annoying, ads are on the side of the screen and require no interaction. Works with Rapidshare.

Fap Change Time to Back Old Again!!!
grrr  Hughesnet is Tricks all of us have 2am to 7 am in few weeks and they changed back to 3 am to 6 am again!! I cant Believe that i think Hughesnet is try FAP all Of US I looked it say Note: The information on this page is listed in prevailing Eastern time only. Usage statistics will only be shown for a Site ID if usage for a given hour is greater than 500KB, the site is subject to the Fair Access Policy or the reported time is between 3AM ET and 6AM ET. grrr fook it Up! NO more 2 am to 7 am good bye !!! Oh Man
PS I M wait for Dsl to become available in my area and i will Gun to shoot this screw Hughesnet dish Off ! |

| I have no idea what you are talking about.
My FAP free time is still for the full 5 hours, 2AM - 7AM EST, as it ha been since they extended the hours on Nov. 10.
I had the full 5 hours on 11/25 and it began at 2 AM this morning, 11/26. I am still in the FAP-free period right now but since it started at 2 AM, I assume it will continue until 7 AM.
What terminal are you using? If I recall correctly, someone said the extra hours do not apply to the HN9000 but I could be mistaken...

1 edit | I noticed that the usage page was down last night for awhile, on the usage page it shows 3AM ET and 6AM ET.
But if you click the FAQ link at the bottom is says 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM eastern time.
My guess would be that they brought back an old page by mistake.
I still have 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM FAP free or I would have fapped big time tonight

Hi with the extended fap free time ihave been downloading hd videos on xbox live. It takes me about 2 night to download a 4 gig movie. Iam on afternoon shift so staying up until 2am is no problem. |
