go to »vzam.net, select the Pantech, and download Verizon Access Manager. I'm surprised this was not included with your modem.

@myvzw.com		 thx jim. yea the only thing it came with was a cdr that had the pantech drivers on it.

when i try to download this, it asks me for a 10 digit verizon wireless number but millenicom didnt give me one

1 edit		 call up support, they are 24/7, tell'em you need a number or see if you can find anything in the modem properties. heck, plug in millenicom's number and see if that works know anybody with a Verizon phone?
