Re: FSN - No Pistons last night They did NOT tell me up front. I called and they said select an option, then the phone went silent for a long time. Then I picked an option - problem with TV service and got dead air for a long time. Then I got the recorded message and that the wait to talk to someone was 20 minutes. The second call I made was to change services. No sneaking involved here. I've never called and had the phone system this bad. Guess I'm just upset that the message was not played first when I called. I would have probably hung up then and so would a lot of the people calling. |
