Hi, a) Incoming caller ID works fine. b) When an outgoing call is placed, it displays my first and last name on the other party's end. c) The only thing I can possibly see as an issue is if they will stay in business for a long time. When I tell people about the service, they think it's too good to be true. They do sell it at Best Buy and Fry's. You can always try it out for 30 days.
