Re: [Speed] 12/2 or 16/2..what is Comcast smoking? Seriously.. They should keep the 16/2 tier plan. Not because it makes sense, but because it gives the consumer an extra choice - and more choices is better than less choices.
Plus, it helps them compete in some markets.
