That sounds great. I think I'll go with that combo deal and the 2gb ram. The mobo will drop right into this hp case? And the old PS will plug into the new mobo fine?

In terms of connectors you should be fine. Do you know why your existing system went south? If you suspect at all the reason is a poor PSU I'd upgrade that as well.
