I hope the CRTC makes their decision with the knowledge Bell will receive 1.2 billion dollars from the teachers et al this December 11th. Now bell can finally spend some money on their networks and infrastructure and none too soon. We've been waiting decades for upgrades.

They are asking for more petitions to the CRTC before the final ruling comes down about throttling and such.
